My press will not run, what should I do?
Check to ensure that all guards are closed, check the PicoCenta indicator screen to ensure everything is marked green. If everything looks ok and the press still won't run, press an e-stop, wait 30 seconds, release the e-stop and reset the press.
My press is running but not printing, what should I do?
Check the print mode, if the mode has accidentally been set to mark sensor and there is no mark to read, the press will not print.
Check and reteach the splice sensor, if the splice sensor is red or intermittently red then the heads will raise and the press will not print.
I have loaded a job but it has not appeared on the PicoPilot main screen?
Check to ensure you do not have queueing turned on. If you do, turn it off and reload the job.
How long can I leave the press in idle for?
If the press is going to sit idle for longer than 3 days you must follow the long term shutdown procedure in the Ink system management document.
How do I manage the white ink system if I don't use it every day?
During normal operation, if the white ink system is not used beyond the general daily test wedge, you must follow this procedure - Every 2nd production day, shake the white ink bottle gently and run the white only test wedge for a minimum of 50 metres of material. This should be done prior to starting production for each day. Ink system management document
